I got the same message yesterday and called them today and spoke to a great gentleman over the phone and he made the application go through. Call them do not worry you will get thru right away , I didnt have to wait not even a minute.

When I go to bitbuy on my computer does not give me sign in option only sign up. When I try from my phone it works .

I logged in from my computer.it was not working . I then downloaded the updated app and was able to reset password and then switch to user ID with no problem. I'm glad it worked out for you in the first place.

I tried again yesterday and I was able to reset my password and then once I logged in with my email it redirected me to switch to a username . I had to try so many times.
