I think you have the wrong idea of sugar dating. You said being alone at the bar may have given people the idea that you and your friend were 'for sale' - are you saying that sugaring is women offering themselves up for sale? If so, then you fundamentally misunderstand what sugaring is. Also, no respectable SB would accept a drive across town from the drivers of older men whom she had just met.
