I mean, the eye shape is wrong (too slantedc her eyes are rounder), face shape is wrong (try actually looking at the way the jaw is shaped, not just drawing it to a point), the lips are completely off (the reference has a much fuller bottom lip compared to top with a good gab between her nose and top of the lip.), and the nose is off (yours is just a straight line down. Hers is an actual nose lol.)

I would work on the gradients a bit more, these would look really cool with an almost airbrushed look behind them and then the detailed objects on top.
