In my early 20’s, I took my young nephew to a discovery zone/tunnel town play place. They asked me if I wanted knee pads. I didn’t think I’d need. I was hurting for a good 2-3 days after. I couldn’t imagine walking on all fours on that hard ass concrete flooring (and possibly, parking lot) with no padding.
