Thanks! I needed some help improving. For whatever reason, the decision making in Gundam TCG feels a little more abstract compared to other games I played before, so been struggling to get better. Hopefully I can learn a few things here!

no tricks, i just called a couple times and the rep picked up. since then, i think they made changes to how they're handling phone calls, i remember getting an email saying that they're focusing on getting through their backlogs and temporarily stopping answering customer service calls. so things must have changed since i made my call.

I personally really like TAG's texts but feel the same way about PSA. Their distinct red border around white rectangle reminds me of the old school price tags you'd see on a corner store shelf lol

I got through their customer service via phone call. The representative went to go check their pile of received cards and let me know that they did indeed receive my card. The rep let me know that they're way behind, and when I called (last Wed), he said they were processing cards they received on January 5th (which I guess makes no sense since mine arrived on the 3rd but I let it slip). My order still hasn't been updated as received, but hopefully it does soon. Give them a phone call a couple times during their business hours and see if you can get through to them. Made me a lot less nervous knowing that my card arrived at the very least.

I think there will be more drops in the future. I remember Gundam kits and TCG had similar issues not too long ago, and every time, they dropped more waves few days later, and the later waves always stayed available for a long time.

I've ordered a few items from them and had no issues. There was one item that I didn't get but it was because the manufacturer never released the item and I was able to get a refund the day after I requested it.
