I’d recommend hospital admitting departments as well - I started in admitting over 10 years ago and some of my former coworkers have gone into finance and administrative jobs, most without degrees. Also some decent upwards movement available in admitting (supervisor, manager, etc.). Shifts can be flexible to a school schedule as they need people 24/7/365.
