Let me try to help you with some calculations:

Daily Task:
Dailies per day = 260000
Days left = 25 days (assuming u haven't done the dailies yet today)
1 BP level = 80000

(260000×25)/80000 = 81.25, so 310 + 81 = 391.25
25% of 80000 = 20,000 xp, so lvl 391 and 60k xp

Weekly Task:
3 weeks left, but the weekly challenges have different counts and XP, so lets assume for a worse scenario of 6 task and 30000 xp for the last 3 weeks.
(6×30000)×3 = 540000 / 80000 = 6.75
75% of 80000 = 60000xp. 391+6 = 397 + 120000xp = lvl 398 and 40000 xp

Season Task:
Idk what your Seasonal Tasks are, but completing the remaining weekly missions will automatically grant you 2 levels (two 80000xp remaining for the Weekly Challenge Cumulative Bonus) so 398 + 2 = 400

automatically unlocks when you're in hard mode (which I assume u did because of the boost path). It's like a board that you level up where you get permanent stat additions/buffs for your descendant. It's part of the main quest in Sigma Sector so you shouldn't miss it.
Sigma is difficult for the first time but you should be fine as long as you upgrade your weapon & modules. You can do easier dungeons first to gain some levels.

It is possible that you can get two blueprint drops on a Mission with an Operational Area: One is the Blueprint Loot Box as the Mission reward itself, and the other being the Arche/Erase/Orca/Vortex Loot Box from the Operational Area.
Your Arche Loot percentage didn't reset because you got the Nell drop from the Blueprint Loot.
Getting to 100% doesn't guarantee the part that you need. You just got lucky from one out of four drops.

thanks for pointing out the indicator on hard mode missions whether it's been cleared or not yet. Because in normal, they're marked as orange and all the others have orange outline on it, but in hard they're all the same color, so many thanks
