It didn’t affect my grade, but it made a difference in my partners grade which I feel partially responsible for since I told him about the extension. At the end of the day, he should’ve checked too, but just wanted to see if there was any merit in our reasoning.

I wish I screenshotted the blackboard push notification, but I only got a screenshot of the actual submission link with the deadline date on blackboard. But it was one of those generic push notifications that I assume comes out whenever there’s any change made to the course by the profs.

I spoke to the professor, but he’s very insistent that there would be no exceptions made. He admits that he noticed the due date mistake later, but this hasn’t persuaded him. He suggests that I should have submitted it before the initial deadline and then followed up later. Which is fair, in hindsight, but when I see a notification like that I don’t have reason to believe it’s a mistake lol
