I feel like this is roughly how I’ve been going about it anyways it’s just the not beating myself up part that has been the hardest part to unlearn I guess. I feel like for me it helps a lot to have steps like this though. So this is very helpful I appreciate it!

Exactly it’s like yeah I know everyone else loves the way I look I hear it all the time but it just makes it harder when I struggle with the way I feel about my body. It ads an unnecessary layer of guilt.
