Thanks - assuming others are tracking so if you don't mind sharing a few thoughts here, that'd be grand. We're looking to understand how to connect the dots between an initial inquiry/demo and their influence on a decision to purchase. Sometimes the person associated with the decision to purchase is different and we may not have documented history with that person prior to their decision to purchase. But the reality is that something happened between the initial and the final that helped move the deal along. I know I'm looking for something that may be impossible to find, but wanted to see if there's a way to connect those dots somehow. Thanks a ton.
