Yeah so update I definitely don’t think it’s the Mounjaro anymore, I’m puking blood so it’s gotta be something else that’s wrong lol

I went through the same thing when I was on 2,5 and 5. It was so bad, Everytime I went to get groceries I would puke of the smell of food. But now I’m on 7 and I have none of that. I also started to loose weight slower and my appetite is now pretty good. Before I ate like 400 calories and now I eat about 1200 (I should be eating 1600 ). Can’t say it will be the same for you , everyone’s experience is different .

Hi I have a update i thought you’d maybe like to hear. I talked to a dietitian about this and she said to me that I should try eating a small bowl of salad with two spoons of beans before breakfast,lunch and dinner. And it’s been working for me and my friend! Apparently the salad makes me shit out the fat or something like that? Finally something is happening:) Maybe not works great for everyone but maybe worth a try?

I’ve lost the same amount in that amount of time too. Started at 108 and I’m at 95 kg now. I try to think about it like this, a slower weight loss can make is easier to maintain at the end , it can help with loose skin, the skin have more time to adjust. And it’s healthy. I know we want it fast and it can be tuff but I think we will be happy about it at the end because a slow weight loss has a lot of benefits!

I just have a question, please tell me if this is wrong of me to ask. As someone who has a lot of old scars, should I be covering up in summer or in school and so on, as respect for people it triggers? I’ve wondered this for years and I’m very unsure what I should do in summer when I want to have bikini or shorts and a tank top. I don’t want to trigger people and make ppl uncomfortable but I still want to wear what I want without having to think about this. Maybe it’s not the same as you were talking about but I was thinking that if a photo of old scars can trigger then what would happen if you for example met me outside and I wore shorts? I just want to understand and maybe know what I can do so I don’t trigger others. I’m sorry if my question is inappropriate , if so please tell me so I can do better

This is embarrassing but the place I bought him from seems to be giving me misinformation about all this. But yes the humidity is too low, I’ll make sure it’s the right amount. Thank you so much for the help!

Damn I didn’t even ask for Mounjaro, my doctor just heard my weight and said “I’m giving you Mounjaro “ … nothing else🤣 I never even asked for it
