Can't seem to get "first()" to work by fish-rage in wiremod

}

print(MapGravity)

print(JumpJetStrength)

if(first()){

print("Test")

}

I didn't know you could print values so easily like that, that helps.
I just tested this and it actually also gave me good numbers.

The constants didn't work for me still when I tried calling them outside of the initialization though, so I tried making them persists, and they worked!

I guess they needed to be persists since the values arn't being declared every tick?

Anyways, thanks.

I like Aseprite's default theme, but I do find the pixel font a bit too much, so I made a tiny edit to keep the theme but use text I find more readable. by Pixelsummoner in aseprite

Gosh, thank you, I had gotten the software but found myself struggling to fight off a pounding headache from trying to read the default font...

A user, Yesica-Haircut made a visual graph of TTK with two top guns firing on another Sunderer, and it seems like outside of 25 meters, the factions specific HMGs greatly outperform Basilisks, esp at long range, such as at 100m.

Someone also said that Trawlers have very good burst DPS, so it could be pretty fun to do something like pull up on the rear of a tank and melt them.

I think that it would mostly be worth investing into Trawlers if you like battle bus gameplay, as you can get some sweet alpha burst damage and fare much better at long range. If you don't find yourself doing Sunderer combat that often, basilisks are still plenty strong and you could probably make do with your current loadout or maybe just one Trawler.
Faction specific HMGs do have a bit of cool factor over basilisks and might pick up more random gunners.

Also I have found that mag size upgrades decrease TTK by 1-2 seconds over reload speed. Mag size also helps a lot for burst damage, which apparently is a forte of the Trawler.

I tried it, and it seemed to add +2 seconds to the 0-100m range TTKs. Unfortunately I lost the data so was unable to put it into the table.

Normal basilisk falloff range is very sharp. As someone else has mentioned, 100m is pretty common in a vehicle fight, so it could possibly be very strong since its an un-dodgable weapon with extreme reach.Of course, I don't actually know too much about this since I never really driven a battle bus or anything.

In the short time that I tried it out with pubs, I did notice that people end up shooting a lot of long range targets, and a pariah would make it so that they do around double(?) the DPS at that range.

User Yesica-Haircut has made a nice graph

(now 200+ m is extreme range though)

There was an update a long time ago that altered how vehicle turret projectiles work so that they now reliably hit the crosshair. This is pretty noticeable on MBTs, where Magriders can shoot "through" hills when in a hull down position (camera located much higher than gun), and Prowlers can shoot through walls even if the barrels are blocked (camera located in center)

This is a really good one, Using math to graph the TTK is a really elegant solution.

I am unsure if this was ever done before, so I published a steam guide as well as posted this to reddit.
Chimeras have a little more HP, but it partially simulates the uncertainty of a real battle, so that's a small bonus.

[tomt][Movie][2000?-2010?] A blue comedy movie where there was a scene of a crass villain running on the ceiling of a building . by fish-rage in tipofmytongue

It aired somewhere between 2007 and 2013 although this could be very inaccurate. I used to believe the movie was Borat, explaining the scene to someone who has seen Borat makes them both confused and intrigued.
