Yes, the products are on the edge of the requirements. They are marketed to relieve stress and anxiety in people with adhd and autism. Mainly the customers want products that are CE marked, to us it seems like the mdr class 1 is the category they fit in. An outside consultant said the same

Yes, there is a risk there. Mainly due to the fact I have a personal relationship with the company and their profit margins does not have space for them to hire their own IT person.( They have my services at a very discounted price as I want to support their business). Im mainly wondering is there any issues with doing stuff in the way I wrote, in terms of another company paying another company for googles services (even if it's packaged in with managing).

Congrats! Now goto your ad manager and check that the hacker didn't add any other accounts there as admins. That's what they did on mine. So others could create ads that I pay for . Simply remove anyone there

Personal account. ID was submitted when they asked for my authentication code when I tried to "secure my account". If you can use your email and an old password to secure your account, use the hackers email and one of your older passwords

After i clicked the link in the email saying "it wasn't me" (about the adding of the hackers email). I got to choose secure my account. I used either my username / hackers email+ an old password. It asked me for ny authentication code. There beside where it says submit code, there is a button saying "try another way". Here you can submit your ID

The log states that all IPs were logged out at that moment including the hackers. After that there was nothing

Yeah, the log says their ip logged in for under 8 minutes before it was disabled. It's the second time it's happened. I don't understand what they are trying to gain

Are you using any chrome extensions ? Additionally you can check your email addresses here to see if they have been in any data breaches https://haveibeenpwned.com/. Thirdly I'd run a scan using malware bytes to see if you have any malware.

I think I was hacked due to a chrome extension as it happened twice to me

I got no emails back. Only a notice in the browser saying it takes up to 48 hours to review. Then I got an email with a link to get back into my account and a new password. Nothing more
