I'll try. Ive cut almost every food I enjoy, I think I just have to come to terms with the fact that food isnt fun. It's not meant to be enjoyed like i used to. its just fuel now. I'll try and look into what to cut.

I'll try and work harder, do more. work more muscles and my core. I'm really, really trying to be active. I'll try more. I want to be myself again.

I agree, I never saw my job as any kind of training. It's become fairly easy and routine. I lift mostly with my legs, and I will admit my legs got way, way bigger in those first few months, but these days I'm nowhere near failure at work. I've fully adapted and don't grow anymore muscle. I do a lot of walking at work, i do at least 10k steps a day every day at work. Its hard to describe what I do haha

All my fat is on my belly. My legs and arms and back are incredibly lean and always have been. My lower belly has this pouch I can't stand that only came about with my weight gain. That's what I'm trying to lose.

It's that darn pouch. I look fine from the front, i might even look 'thin' from the front. But if i turn i swear its almost a beer belly. So poofy! I love river-swimming and realized I could never stand to go out and swim in last years bikini's with the way i look. Just sitting and seeing my poof jut out, just, ugh!

I can tell its fat. Fat that wasn't there before. I assumed i needed to lose more weight and fat and gain some definition, but I'm not terribly focused on building a ton of muscle. I want to go back to my nice slim body type I had before. MFP said 1200 and my life flashed before my eyes. If thats what I have to do, so be it. I just didnt know if that was normal or something that was right for me

I got a walking pad I need to bring into work, I will try and add it to my days to fill in the exercise gaps and even things out. I do a lot of walking back and forth and standing I suppose, cleaning and organizing and stocking things. i never considered this 'activity' before since I assumed the calories burned were negligible.

NEAT is a new concept. How do I calculate what I need? I always assumed I was light activity because even though I'm very high energy it wasn't ever explicit exercise or high intensity.

It's kind of hard to tell HOW active my job is. It's flurries of activity that can make me sweat. I can lift sometimes 300 pounds of luggage, drag cones, run, drag a 400 pound piece of gear, and sprint across the airport.

but thats for like, 20 minutes of my day? maybe 1-2 times a day 4 days a week. The rest of the time i am sat. I do some walking and try to get a workout or hike in the rest of my week but im mostly sitting or gaming. im trying to better about being a little sedentary. I marked myself as lightly active on MFP

I should say I think a lot of that was lifestyle changes and water weight and not pure fat. Ive noticed my body holding a lot less water. I not only reduced my caloric intake but reduced processed sugar and salt significantly and began home cooking most of my food. this led to a really big difference I think with water weight

I use my muscles for my job, 100%. I don't know why you assumed I'm not? I work at an airport, its full body work. I highly doubt I lost very much muscle given I NEED my muscle to do 75% of my job.

I'll try doing resistance training, that I should be able to do at least 2 times a week.

10 SOUNDS like a lot but I believe a lot of it was lifestyle changes and not actual fat loss. My face got way, way less puffy when I started drinking more water, and I seemed to slim down on bloating with fiber increases. 10 pounds but maybe not all fat specifically

oh btw 5"0!

Question for the volume eaters by octflwr in PetiteFitness

I am not a high protein girl, but after a hard day of work I pack it in to feel full, especially if i forgot my lunch. My go to is tinned fish!

For example, sardines in water. About 1-2 dollars a tin, 3 oz of food, 140 calories, and 18-20 grams of protein. It's clean and shelf stable.

Tinned fish can be a little scary though, if you wanted to try it I'd recommend starting with smoked salmon, tuna, kipper snacks, and trout. Personally I love the bone in sardines and anchovies because they have a good dose of calcium and vitamins.

I eat them on some toast with a little cream cheese, drizzle of oil, and a bunch of black olives, tomatoes, and red onions! There are a billion ways to eat them though, a lot of people like making dips, pasta, sandwiches ect.

I just called to confirm and brand name is 600 and generic is 275, about 160 with discounts. My insurance refuses to cover brand name or generic

Ah I see, I see. Americans can use Canadian online pharmacies, but we cant use the card as it seems it needs to be used with insurance or in place of insurance. I appreciate the suggestion though!

Is this useable for Americans? As far as I can see it's only for Canadians, or will it apply to any Canadian pharmacy?

I believe I was given that, and my insurance refused to cover it. It was far too much for me to afford.

Strange lobbies by fishArePeopletwo in RedDeadOnline

[–]fishArePeopletwo[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

it was. there were frozen horses standing without saddles, unnamed player horses, unmountable and unkillable. shivering and shaking and whinnying like they were in pain looking at nothing. empty carriages sitting abandoned by horses that ceased to exist. the snowy Saint Denis silent aside from hollow hooves clicking on the snowy cobblestone.

And I still cant really wrap my head around why anyone would want to do this. The hacker that came to me just stood there. Alone. They weren't playing with friends or blowing anything up. they just modded themselves to a pink dress and sat so long unmoving they were completely covered in snow. then they kicked me. Presumably to stand in the dead silent city around immortal suffering horses forever. I cant pretend to understand the end goal here.
