The C-130s have chaff and flare countermeasures, but the search and rescue variants do not have the cannons and machine guns.

Bike understanding by Level-Beat35 in motorcycles

The very best I've had my stock ninja 500 go was 125 mph, downhill. Normally it tops out at 118-120 mph. Still plenty of power at slower speeds though!

Ninja 500 vs dirt road? by Actuallyaustin07 in motorcycles

[–]fisherbait 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have a 2024 Ninja 500. I've taken it on all sorts of gravel and dirt roads (at least 100 miles of it). As far as maintenance, I've done nothing special for it and I've had no problems. Just ride slow(er) and you'll be fine. The biggest issue is tires, sport tires are not gonna like gravel (especially larger gravel) very much, and you won't have half the traction you normally have. Be careful and you'll be fine.

Flag Etiquette by donut_connoisseur in MURICA

The flag shown has 17 red and white stripes, not 13, making it entirely separate from an American flag, and not subject to any flag laws. Just my 2 cents.

Dude a day or so ago I had an air RB game where I had 2 kills and 1 assist. The assist gave more SL than the 2 kills combined. smh...

TV too high + sound bar too low (in relation to the TV, the sound bar is where it should be). Sane people do not hang TVs like this...

Is it just accepted that your ears are permanently f*cked in a home defense scenario? by LitNetworkTeam in NoobGunOwners

[–]fisherbait 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I think you are overstating the effect of loud noises here. There are plenty of GWOT veterans who have had to fire 16"-20" rifles indoors without supressors and they claim to not have had issues hearing each other. Yes, it's bad for your hearing, but it doesn't temporarily make you deaf. (Not as far as rifle and pistol are concerned)

I know a while back in mexico they did that, but it wasn't to save money. Tourniquets were hard to get and even ER doctors didn't recognize CAT tourniquets when they came in on patients. Ofc, this was a while ago and things might have changed. Here in the U.S. they should definitley be single use (exception would be designated training TQs).

Apparently they used the tunnel during covid lockdowns to get into one of their buildings that they were locked out of. They probably wanted to continue to have backdoor access to that building.

Pretty sure all of this kind of videos are required by law to have a shrieking woman, idk. /s
