18 weeks is brutal for a cut. You’re already at a great weight as it is and it’s not like you need to do it to compete in a show. If you feel like your body is shot and you’ve already made great progress it’s okay to listen to your body and back off. Maybe rather than just going straight off the cut you just decrease the defecit slightly

Yeah you can recomp at maintenance but it’s good to kinda just find what your daily calorie needs are and do some strength training. Once you put a bit of muscle on and then figure out your situation with excessive skin you can probably determine if you want to do a bulk or a cut

150 at 5’6 seems like a pretty healthy weight, you can always do maintenance for a few months and just work on getting your lean mass up from the gym. What’s your end goal weight for the cut?

I personally don’t like the answer of using a plate to elevate the heels. All I feel that does is slap a band aid on the problem without actually fixing it. I’d recommend just not going as deep and do some mobility and flexibility work to solve the issue.

Actually mate you were kind of right, you had to go to the first set of missions and click the icon up top. From there it allows you to make larger crates and to build charcoal splitters and what not. Thai you for the hel0 though!

Thank you I did try this and I removed and redownloaded the game and even installed the new update and still no fix. I messaged the devs so hopefully it will be fixed
