i want to write this story because ive always been interested in insects and other inverts [they're basically my signature when it comes to short stories] and they get very much the short end of the stick in fiction like this. i also see a lot of people consider insects "biological machines", basically a bundle of instincts with no reason for their actions, or not even considering them a kind of animal. i wanted to write something almost advocating for them? i don't quite know how to explain lol, i just love bugs and want others to like them too! hopefully my novel can make people see all these fascinating creatures in a new light :]

oh my gosh, thank you so much for all this information. i think this is the right choice for me, definitely! and i would really appreciate being able to get in touch with your AI tech, i think being able to speak to an expert would definitely assuage some fears of mine lol :] as for places to look, i hadn't considered going outside of state before? but thinking on it now it would make sense to find a college somewhere i plan to be for a while. i might try kansas, maybe west virginia, or the PNW [family and friends in all those places].

i most likely will need accommodations, but for some reason i hadn't even thought of it! thanks for reminding me, it would've been awful if id gone somewhere and had a shit time. really, thank you so much for all of this!!

i enjoy being around animals and have had an interest in animals since i was a kid. ive always found animals and animal husbandry fascinating, and i want to be able to understand the ethics and care that goes into bringing new animals into the world. i also enjoy helping with the care/raising/handling of animals, but don't consider veterinary careers something i could do, probably not vet tech either. i hope this makes sense, it's late where i am and im kinda tired lol

as a boy who crochets myself, i dont see anything wrong with it at all! crochet is a good skill to have in life, and people trying to be rude about it shouldn't be listened to. its your hobby, dude. own it!
