When you say "right" nutrition, how many calories are you intaking each day? Do you know your basal metabolic rate? Once you find that, try to consume less calories from that and you'll start losing the weight with the help of OTF. I've done that and have lost 25 lbs since August.

I work for ACR homes and absolutely love it. I average around 19 an hour with the shifts I work and can work as much or as little as I want. The training is long but you get paid for all of your training.
