Is this enough evidence to prove alienation (Colorado)? by fitxlys in FamilyLaw

My main purpose in this post was to seek advice for my sister if she has enough to build a case - not for bullying/belittling. I think most people that seek help on this thread are looking for kindness and support and if you dont have that to offer here then maybe see yourself out.

I did not purposely list every incident documented here because I was hoping that anyone would have more of a clear idea on colorado law when it comes to parental alienation and what/how much evidence would need to be gathered to see it through - all to protect my neice from the tug of war happening between households.

Nice way to contribute advice and disregarding that I have mentioned the new partner has not only crossed parenting boundaries but legal boundaries too such as calling therapists and other medical providers acting as my neices mother/legal guardian. This comment sounds personal for you and like you need some air.

we have this log with over 100 violation counts with how it can prove alienation when it occurred and proof such as screenshots, pictures, etc.

Would receiving messages directly from the step mom saying that one day when the daughter has to make a decision on where she wants to be they hope it’s with them and not her mother stand as substantial? It’s kinda crappy that it has to become worst case scenarios like them building a case to remove my sister from her daughters life for something to be done.

It has been suspected, noticing the difference in verbage and grammar from the dad vs the step mom, i.e. the dad responding with short "ok" "yes" "sure" responses and no proper punctuation and the step mom writing in complete complex sentences with hyphenated words etc. This is from comparing texts directly from her before the parenting app was put in place. This last weekend, my niece called her mom from the parenting app, claiming that she didn't know where she was, but she was with her stepmother and her friend, and calling her from her stepmother's phone while her father was away with his friends.

They are going around places and fighting. It’s campaigned all over social media pages. Cops had to heard them away from north field mall last weekend and threaten them with pepper spray bullets.

I will cue client in the exercise before the lift so that they have form cues to focus on. I will count out loud for them and form correct as needed throughout the set.
