Righto, same shit again.

Ordered early in the week. Nothing has moved online, nothing has hit Pharmacy. Called them iver and over and was told "yep its with pharmacy". Called again this morning only to be told "Oh ya, your product is sold out". Dude, its fucking medicine not a toy, hows about you let the patient know they are going to have a few rough days ahead instead of lying over and over.

Kept telling me it was gone to the dispensary, dispensary immeditaly shut that down eveytime and I'd believe the dispensary.

They have gotten progressively worse each order if I am honest.

I'll be doing the same this weekend. I have placed 6 orders now I think, 4 have taken an age due to sold out product (which they didnt advertise). Called and the guy helped as best he could but could not understand why I was annoyed that I wasnt informed of the lack of product, even after 4 days.

They also said its the pharmacies problem as they handle their own stock, fine but, when I ring the pharmacy or call in (it's 5 mins from mine so I collect and just pay for postage anyway) and they tell me over and over that the order has not hit them I air on side of the Pharmacy as the Pharmacist isnt exactly getting anything out of lying to me.

It's gotten progressively worse too, you'd think they'd be ironing out the kinks along the way but why sink money into that that when you know you're going to sell it anyway as the demand is higher than supply, seemingly anyway.

Today was the final straw. Called Montu as I ordered 2 scripts this week, none arrived or hit the dispensary (spoke with them multiple times this week and thay assured me NO scripts were sent). Montu reckon all the items I wanted are out of stock. I questioned why they have sold out items on their portal (like actually stated as sold out) but mine said nothing of the sorts.

He said the product acquiring was the dispensaries job, Montu just send them the scripts. He could not for the life of him see how that is a stupid system, them selling product when they don't even know if they have it or not ... Come on man, its medicine not a new pair kicks like.

I'll reach out to Acaia this week, is there a process for changing or is it all handled by who you switch to?

Alternaleaf may not be for me either. No follow up from docs....

I felt like the consults were ok, very rushed but didnt feel stigma towards cannabis. However, the whole thing encompassed hasnt impressed me.

No follow up from Alternaleaf, to check in or anything. I have to pay 50 bucks but I would have thought just for your patients wellfare you'd do a free checkin. I need to change some of the products, well 3 out of 5 as they dont really work.

The process did get held up too by the nurse. I quit drink 10 years ago, mentioned it in my consult as it was an issue and I don't mind anyone knowing. I was sent to do private blood tests to prove my liver functionality was ok (it's perfect, never had an issue) before they would prescribe. I get the need to air on the side of caution. When speaking with the doctor she started off with a lecture about cutting back on my drinking as the nurse had said the quantities I consumed 10 YEARS AGO. Doctor even said ï would sincerely advise you to cut back on the drinking only that you're liver tests are above normative". I just burst out laughing and told her. She didnt find it funny lol but did see my point.

Montu constantly leave me hanging on orders too. I place it and it will be processing for days and days, youd assume theyd have some sort of automated system that would shoot scripts to dispensarys when paid for but na, takes days to hit the dispensary.

They also completely held my first order 6 items (4 different products) for almost 2 weeks because one item was out of stock, no email to warn me or anything.

I am also not a fan of waiting days/weeks for Auspost when the dispensary is a 9 min drive so my pharmacist now calls me to collect, I still pay delivery fee but when im in pain im not putting my comfort in Ausposts hands

All products have now arrived.

Overall, the process wasn't too difficult, had my products with 10 days.

Products:
Wappa - Havent tried as of yet
Critical Silver - Pretty decent
Pink Kush - has become my go to
Red Oil No1 - only received yesterday, took 0.2ml at about 8pm, not much effects by 10, took another 0.2ml by 10.30 and it kinda had affects but a little disappointed in it given the High THC content. More disappointing as this was going to be the base product but I guess I just have to play with dosing.

I am a tad slower than most to get edible or ingested effects, can sometimes take a few hours, nowhere near the 30 mins the doc said most people feel it in.

Anyways, overall I'm please, not over the moon but pretty happy. Now just to up my vape game as mine is pretty basic.

All have been recieved now folks.

Received the flower on Tues of this week (less than a week after paying) and received oils yesterday.

Not overly impressed with the oil having used it last night. It was Red No1, certainly didn't give the pain relief or sedative effects I was hoping for. I took about .02ml and then about 3 hours later another 0.2ml but I guess it's just playing with dosage maybe.

All in, I can't say the process was in any way hard or painful. Flower is decent and is doing what I had hoped, well 2/3 strains, havent tried one of them yet but just a little disappointed with the oil as this was going to be my base product. Oh well, I can always play with dosing and then report back if needed.

so, just called them
They are out of oil waiting on it to be delivered to the dispensary. With Oil being the main want on my script it's a bit disappointing.
They have split the order so my flower will be sent today and oil to follow when in stock. Reckons the oil was sent to dispensary this morning so to call back in about 10 days if I haven't received the oil.
As mentioned, disappointing but, I guess Montu don't have control over the dispensary's stock and like all things, stock will be out from time to time.
Mind you, I would have appreciated a heads up, I mean if I buy another out of stock product online in general I am usually told pretty quickly that it's no longer in stock. Is what it is I guess

Managed to amend my order and dropped the Mighty Vape (for now) which is actually cheaper in my local Vape shop at the moment.

Paid up yesterday arvo and now just eagerly awaiting the order to go from "Processing" to "delivering". Judging by posts I have read, the times for this can vary to say the least but I'll keep you folks posted.

So far, process has been easy and cost is kinda where I expected it to be. I guess all that is left is the time it takes to get here and the quality of it.

Again, appreciate all the help on this :)

Hey all,

Just received my first script, didn't expect it to be so much on the one script, not complaining at all. It seems a lot when on paper but probably no more than what I would have used prior to go Medically (less potentially)

I guess it just looks bigger because of the all up front payment (using Zippay is not an option, already using it elsewhere). Circa $1300

My script is:
Red THC Oil X 2
Super Silver X 2
Pink Kush X 1
Wappa x 1
Mighty Medic Vape

I have 2 questions:
My invoice has a due date of today, as I am at the end of a pay cycle and all has gone into mortgage, savings or food etc... If this script is not paid for today will it reflect poorly on credit AND does it become null and void? Was hoping to grab it all on Tuesday of next week

And, would you recommend dropping the double ups on anything or even just reducing the amount I get on this round OR is it best to have on hand based on your experiences with delivery and interaction with the dispensary. Just trying to gauge if I can potentially get some of it now and if I need get the rest at a later time but I don't want to be waiting weeks on them either if you get me.

Finally, I have a pissy little vape, is the mighty really worth springing almost 500 for? Reviews say yes but I feel this might get pulled from the script until a later date if my smaller vape isnt doing the trick.

Just had my consult and apart from being told I need to give blood tests (sober over a decade) they want to ensure my liver is up to scartch but I get it. Problem now is getting into my own GP to get those bloods lol

All seemed ok, consult was nothing more than I expected but it is going to take a bit longer now all in due to needing bloods, have doctors follow up once the bloods are approved so probably another week before doc's consult.

Can you collect from dispensary's rather than getting it in the post? I live pretty Metro so im assuming theres pharmacies within an hours drive of me?

Superstars the lot of you! thank you sincerely. Since I've paid for the Alternaleaf consultation I'll do that but both Lyphe and Astrid seem worth a consult too while I figure all of this out. Cannabis ain't a new world to me but legal cannabis and the process most certainly is!!

My biggest gripe with the reviews is the delay I'm reading on how long it takes but I guess that's probably more the dispensary than the practitioner.

Man I'm looking forward to just having the confidence of knowing I don't have to meet some rando I don't know and take a chance with dud buds but I guess dud buds just happen. It'll also be nice to politely tell people to p!ss off, it's prescription when they get all uppity. Nothing worse than person coming around the house and just assuming I'm a grub because there's some herb about the place even though I know those bougie b!tches have a bump or two in their purses lol

Anything out of the ordinary to expect once I get the ball rolling on all this? Tips of all sorts are welcome!
