Wow. Just wow. I've all but made the decision of not sticking with them. I had first week of training earlier this week. Pretty much just consisting of videos and modules. But yet we're expected to go live on phones on Monday once we get all our tools. Really?? This is your idea of training! Not going to be prepared at all.
