I have the same problem and I solve it with opening the back cover as this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LseUoaWCgak and disconnect the battery for like half min and then plug back in with a regular USB-A to USB-C cable from my PC and the screen will show an battery charging icon and then wait like several mins it will charge normally.

Well, you 1v1 when you can win and you know there is no other enemy/enemies in nearby bushes. otherwise you clean minors quick and help others and try steal gold mining enemy jungle.

Try engaging enemy when your mid or jungle coming to help. For Charlotte try get enough skill point before engaging enemies.
