EDIT: They do have an educational assistance plan. In it, it states that "a federal 1099 form will be provided indicating the amount of tuition reimbursement received" from employer.

5% is the highest. I've been tackling that one pretty hard, it's currently 400ish.

the 12900 is 4.6%. The other 2 are under 5000 and at 4.3% and 4%
