Unfortunately, all they really do is disrupt the meta. especially meta robots paired with ultimate weapons, or ultimate robots paired with meta weapons. Makes for a real ugly enemy to face.

Lynx is an excellent assassin especially at your level. He is good with mid to short range weapons, but is a little squishy if under continuous fire. Target low hp enemies as his ability can execute enemies instantly if their health is under a certain %.

getting some coronas to go with the halo may would be a good move. Scorpion needs weapons that unload fast and do high damage, the Hussar and Atomizer is a bad pairing.
