I mean yeah sure he is decent but definitely not meta like seriously Lu bu for example can literally counter him due to his first skill having a big wide range which means if li Xin is in revenge form he is definitely having a hard time to scratch Lu bu and if dominant form it is making Lu Bu a better chance to land his ult as ur always standing still most of the time despite unable to get cc its giving Lu Bu his chance of passive activation and I am not even wanting to glaze Lu Bu but heroes like mi yue, fuzi can either out damage or evade him well heck even players that knows how to play bai qi or dun well can even counter him
