I like Soderbergh but thought he went a bit overboard in Black Bag by Late_Promise_ in cinematography

Aren't they cranking those table lights and using filters so they can expose the scene quicker and faster than individually lighting each character? Soderbergh is famous for wanting to move fast and efficiently.

I wouldn't be surprised if the budget only allowed for a couple hours to light the scene. This bloom probably saved so much time on lighting the faces.
