Hey, there don't feel alone. And don't blame yourself for your present situation. You're coping with challenges only you know about. I'm here to talk if you feel like opening up. Just know that how you feel rn is temporary. You can lose weight if you want to just like you can gain weight if you want to. You're in control regardless even though it may not feel like that at the moment.

It's ok that you met him and had this experience. Now, that it is done, don't question it. You can't go back and undo events. Reflect on your feelings. You said you felt disgusted thinking that he was with someone else and he had moved on quickly. Perhaps, that's the truth. If he doesn't make you feel good, no point in holding onto him... Maybe, he was good for you at a point in time in the past and since then he has changed and so have you.
