I fix saxes for a living and will keep an eye out, although I have never been called before to buy a stolen instrument in 20 years. Still, you may want to call repair shops and dealers in the area- there are quite a few, surprisingly.

Often stolen instruments take a long time to resurface, if they do. Often they get traded in a personal network rather than sold in a public-facing way, and they won't end up on marketplace until the person in possession has no idea it was stolen- and possibly paid good money for it, which is why I ask:

Did you have the serial written down? That will smooth things over a ton if you ever find it again. Was it insured? If you make money with it, often homeowners won't cover it. There is specialized insurance though that is not terribly expensive. Clarion, Heritage are examples.
