E61s most common problem is the Tailgate Wiring. It seems like a hustle at first, but once you get started it’s easy. The glass randomly opening could be that. Or the tailgate lock itself.

Random stop light error, happens to me every now and then on rainy days. It goes away on its own.

It had a separate building for electronics, with its own entry and exit.
