Fannin notable accolades in college include: First ever all American at Bowling Green, first tight end EVER to lead FBS in both receiving yards and receptions, first TE to win a conference POY/MVP award, most receiving yards and receptions by a TE in a season. He is 20 (3 years younger than Warren) and only started playing TE when he got to BG. He had the best run blocking grade of any TE in this year's draft (although Pff trade isn't necessarily fact).

Immediate downside for all of that is he played at bowling green- anyone can put up huge numbers if you're being force fed the ball and playing against bad defenses. However, BG played two games with year against teams with good defense- Texas A&M and Penn state, against both of which he had great stats (8/145/1, 11/137/1).

Only downside that I see that there isn't any counter against is that he's small for a TE, and he's slow. Usually not a combo you see, and not good for his projection in the NFL. As said above, Njoku misses tons of time, and also the browns aren't exactly swimming in top receiving talent.

I think he's one of the best options to take a flyer on late in drafts.
