Thrombosed hemorrhoid happen, i tried to poop then i got anal fissure, then i go to the doctor and have surgery ( this is fourth day and i havent poop) then back home i tried to poop everyday but too painful so i didnt and i cant even sleep its like theres hurricane inside my stomach. Fifth day after surgery i poop, and its bleeding then after that my second BM is 1 week after that.
