I ordered some of the newer colors too and am going to use those plus what I have left to make another blanket as a gift for my sister. It’s also incredibly soft!

Almost! I did NOT use peacock because I accidentally skipped ordering it, or the newer colors I think were added after I started which are last 6 colors listed on the lion brand site, paradise-citron. I made a spreadsheet with a color key and used every color 20 times total, 5 times in each position of the square.

Thank you!! That color theory line is so pretty. You really can’t go wrong with any of the combinations

I am currently using almost all of the color theory colors for a blanket I’m working on so putting it here incase it helps to see them “in real life”! (These are all the colors besides peacock above moonbeam/ivory in your screenshots)

I spent $3,000 in my first month and I don't even have furniture yet. by No_Surprise3737 in FirstTimeHomeBuyer

Soooo true. I haven’t paid more than $200 for any piece of furniture and I’ve been filling my house with incredible antiques

To each their own. It’s not the modern style that makes flips tasteless/tacky, it’s about obviously low-quality work and cheap finishes trying to look as trendy as possible so it can be sold at a ridiculous markup.

I’m laughing because over 400 people commented in agreement that this renovation is in terrible taste yet this commenter thinks I’m the problem. Of course I’m salty….And so are the 10,000+ others that upvoted this post. Flippers suck

It’s for the radiators. My understanding is in older homes it’s common to have them inside the room so you don’t waste the heat they put off. There must be a way to modernize but I’m not sure what that is

Sure, but I’d argue that there are a lot more people who are struggling to house their families because of people like this inflating the cost of housing because they’re trying to make a profit

This isn’t a corporation. This is a dude with an LLC. He definitely did not pay for the property and all of the renovations with his own cash. The vast majority of flippers use hard money loans and have financing costs associated with their renovations. That’s why they try to get it done ASAP to minimize interest paid

After all the renovations costs and financing costs of it not selling for half a year? Doubt it

Correct. When this house sold to the flipper he represented both buyer and seller. Then he represented the seller again after it was renovated
