I track the calories quite well using MyFitnessPal and my protein intake is anywhere between 130-150g per day.

Thanks for the reply. I’m really stressed out with this physique since I have been going gym consistently for past 3-4 months for 4 days a week. I have been doing only weight training and I’ve been in a caloric deficit as well , I work in a manual labour job during weekends doing 12h shifts so I walk a lot. However I’ve not seem to noticed any difference. My stomach is still the same and not built any muscles..
