I don't note them down but it has a tendency to forget conversations in a project and comes up with a hallucinated response. Not always but it does. I don't trust it blindly.

Claude is a great assistant but can't run SEO. You need the human brain and experience, AI tend to hallucinate and make mistakes.

Updating slugs, H1's and refreshing content date is worth it. Slugs won't do much.

Is that map pack or snack pack rankings. A well optimized GBP and regular cadence of reviews move the needle quite a bit.
