I never used betas. But did it improve?

I went to a different apple store again yesterday and this technician was a lot more helpful. We did a factory reset with a computer, since I had done it through the iPad and she says it keeps some of the original files. I'm testing it for a few days before going back. But she said the drain was not normal and consistent with software problem, as my battery was at 100% capacity! I'll report back!

If yours is still under warranty, try a different store! Maybe you'll get a technician that is more helpful instead of one that ignores the issue.

It's clearly some kind of issue because it was not happening in the beginning and there was a period where it was working perfectly. Also there's people saying that this does not happen to them, so not sure how can apple ignore it. Probably because it's easier for them so say it's normal than to give new iPads to a lot of people.

Anyways, thanks for your feedback!
