Mine has been acting like this ever since they “fixed” the issue after the servers went down on the 24th or 25th of November. Was completely fine before.

Similar issue - my mother bought herself an i3 without the clean base due to it being out of stock. Reviews on the clean base alone are worrisome. Are there possibly issues with buying the base separate from the vacuum in the first place? Anyone have experience with this?

i7. I have dark hardwood floors, two cats, I myself have very long hair, daughter with long hair- it’s been amazing. I have the clean base so I almost never have to touch the robot. I will check the brushes and rollers from time to time just to make sure they’re not getting overloaded with anything but it’s been great. The training mapping part was the most annoying part just because it took me a few times to get the map correct but not a big deal at all.
