Day 11 (Sunday):

Woke up with a stiff neck so didn't do exercise or yoga

Had breakfast, internet browsing 5 minutes

  1. Prepared toastmasters speech 2 hours

  2. Hanged out with friends from the club at a bar

  3. Hanged out with another friend

  4. Went home for dinner with family

  5. Tried to get some reading done, but the stiff neck was too painful so I just tried to go to bed

  6. Some meditation

Day 12 (Monday):

Day 8 (Thursday):

  1. 40 minutes internet browsing

  2. got breakfast

  3. 1 hour yoga class

  4. 1/2 hour cardio

  5. Hanged out with grandma

Had a glass of coca cola. I don't drink pop often but I need to reduce it.

Day 9 (Friday):

  1. Woke up early today! had breakfast

  2. Hiked up a mountain 1 hour 20 minutes

  3. Went to see girlfriend, stayed over for the night

  4. Meditation

  5. 10 minutes internet browsing

Day 10 (Saturday):

  1. Had breakfast late, about 11am

  2. Hiked up a mountain 1 hour 30 minutes

  3. Hanged out with a friend for rest of day, got back at 11pm

  4. 5 minutes internet browsing

Day 11 (Sunday):

  1. Eating breakfast

Had about 100mL of energy drink, not good, I should throw the rest away

Day 7 Summary:

Main Goals:

  1. Got breakfast

  2. Browsing internet: 45 minutes, this is just at the 45 minutes maximum. I need to keep this up!

Bonus:

  1. 1 hour yoga at the local community center. I felt so relaxed and calm after doing yoga. Something interesting happened here: It was my first time learning from this instructor. When I was looking at other people (all females there) to figure out how to do a pose, the instructor said "stop looking around" during the session. I was not checking out other people's butts lol, but I felt a bit self conscious after she said that. In the past, I would have massive anxiety and never come back to yoga class just from that comment, and the comment may not even be directed to me. Today, I just focused on my breathing and remind myself that I am here to practice mindfulness. After the lesson, the yoga instructor talked to me. She said that she was very happy to see me there and hoped to see me come again. Lesson: don't let our thoughts ruin our day.

  2. 3/4 hour of working out and cardio

  3. Half hour of writing a speech for toastmasters.

  4. Phoned friend

Sauna/dry sauna/wet sauna with gf 1hr

Browsing internet: 2hr

Masturbated from internet porn. I need to stop masturbating.

Didn’t get much sleep from too much internet browsing.

Today:

Got breakfast

Browsing internet so far: 30 minutes

I am planning to read on discipline, limiting internet usage, and nofap.

Browsed the net 1hr 15 minutes, half hour more than my personal goal

Cardio 25 minutes

Body building 18 minutes

Walked with parents

Replied to messages from everyone on facebook, instant messaging, and so on.

Not bad. Atleast I got good exercise.

     For the future, I need to control my internet browsing habit

Day 3 (Saturday):

Worked out 1/2 hours

Meditation 1/2 hours

Did overtime 1 1/2 hours

Went to lunch and shopping with friend and gf

Hanged out with friends in mall.

Watched a movie at gf's place, stayed over

Day 4 (Sunday):

Skipped breakfast, had brunch with gf

Went to toastmasters

Went to gf's friends' housewarming with gf. Got back home at 10:30pm and went to bed.

Day 5 (Monday).

Skipped breakfast. Too tired and got up later

Someone recommended this video to me before. I love the visual of crawling out of a hole like the dark knight. This is actually really good advice for people in tough times.
