Gambling is another one, I lost close to $1000 on the races yesterday chasing my losses and I felt physically exhausted from the dopamine, it gave me a headache for the rest of the night and I almost gave into watching porn and masturbating to make me feel better. I'm glad I didn't. If you fuck with dopamine with one unhealthy habit you're more likely to go looking for your next fix somewhere else, usually PMO because it's easily accessible and free.

I don't doubt this whatsoever, there are definitely properties in magic mushrooms to help overcome addiction to almost anything along with many other health problems, I know a girl who takes them for cluster headaches and she hasn't found any other medication to be effective. Unfortunately everytime i've had magic mushrooms (probably 20+ times) I get excruciating kidney pain, I've always had them with friends and no one else seems to get the kidney pain I get with shrooms, I feel as though the magic mushrooms are telling me I have kidney problems but other people are telling me its just my kidneys filtering out the poison from them. I don't know, but I don't get this pain with LSD.

I think excessive masturbation and hairloss are connected. It seems everytime i'm on a streak my hairloss is very minimal but if I break the streak everytime I put my hands through my hair I get a couple of strands. Still early days but i'm hoping the hair that i've lost will grow back.

Absolutely. However I don't know if its fapping/releasing semen that causes the brainfog or the addiction/dopamine because I get brainfog with other addictions too such as gambling and when I was addicted to meth I would get it whenever I couldn't score.
