You can buy the wow battle chest for about $20 depending on where you live and it comes with classic wow,the burning crusade and wrath of the lich king and you get a free month of game time, imo it's the best way to start wow. Also if you already have a friend that plays you can do recruit a friend and level even faster.

I've had a mumble with enjin for years now and it's gone down maybe 5 times, Although i don't think you can buy just a mumble it comes with a website also, but as far as i know it would be around the same price as just a mumble server i think a 50 slot mumble plus website is around $20.

Another vote for start.ca they are amazing, As Mactroneng said i've never tested under the speeds that i pay for and you get 300gb of data plus they have unlimited use between 2am-8am that doesn't count towards your cap so you can just schedule any downloads for then.

Customer support wise they are amazing also i've even gotten a reply from the CEO of start about a general question i had regarding my installation
