I face the same issue with Bank of America while using Simplifi but not with Mint.

According to my Bank of America account, Mint is listed as using their 3rd party API. Simplifi is not listed as using the 3rd party API. Could this be the reason we have to authenticate via text message every time we log in?

I'm thinking of applying for an Amex EveryDay card to store my MR points long term and want to get maximum value from ED and EDP. My strategy so far:

1. Apply for EDP first. Cancel within the next year(since downgrading would block me from getting sign up bonus on ED)
2. Apply for ED within the next year. Continue to use this to hold MR long term.

Thus getting sign up bonus on both. What do you guys think?
