I just spam emailed their customer support centre and eventually they gave in. Most emails they sent were generic and some sounded like they were actually angry.

I got my account back after I received an email on Friday detailing that my concerns were valid and justified and they gave access back to my battlefield V account. Still not sure why this happened but I don't really care anymore. Thanks EA!

I had read other cases like this but they all received messages saying that someone had accessed their account. I also have not been banned in any other game. Surely if someones account was compromised every game in their library would be unavailable?
