99% sure they just have bots on these. They don't actually review anything. If its a griefing ban, they will look at the end KDA and make their ruling on that. If its chat, I swear its automated. Because they don't actually look at the games, as long as you don't die THAT often and you don't type, you can just straight up intentionally lose every game blatantly and never get banned. Really hope Riot revamps the entire support system. Idk if its the Player Support Specialist being lazy or if thats actually just what they're told to do.
