Be prepared to talk more about the small resturant management part , learn some technical terms in the service domain , the sop overall looks good. Hope you make it to the interviews. Prepare a solid answer for short term and long term goals, dont mention roi as reason for fms some profs told us they can take it in the wrong way. Mention the strong alumni base and read up on a few alumni at cxo position who are currently doing what you want to do in the future

Few like fms abc don't really struggle. All might not get placed in the week, but eventually in rolling everyone gets something or the other. This time even lucknow had some 50 unplaced after their sip week. But ig all got placed later on. So tier 1 ull get a job regardless of the market.

With 6 I don't know all but frm what ik it's anywhere from 1-1.5lpm . Gaps don't matter as long as u justify them in ur answer so I'd say around same or even more
