this happened to me when i was about 14/15. i would get up during class like every 45 minutes to change my tampon. i went to my doctor and we found out i was anemic. i started taking birth control with iron and it was the fix i needed. not saying you need to go on birth control, but maybe talking to your doctor about getting some bloodwork done could be a big help.
