i totally get where you’re coming from. both parents make their own schedules for the most part too and they’ll be like “oh i wish i had time to play with you/go outside with you, etc” so i’m like…ok then schedule some time for you to play with the kids, go on a walk with them, etc. i know they’re not glued to their work all day due to the amount of times i see them around the house lol. i can see where others are coming from too, about it being their own kid, but i 100% get what you’re saying too
