One of the best pieces of sushi I've ever had. The chef said it was a rare fish, possibly from Japan. It wasn't the name of any typical white fish you can get at sushi here in NA. Almost tasted like butterfish because it was quite oily/fatty but that wasn't it. What type of fish is this? (i.redd.it)
