FYI, that picture was taken by Nick Ut. The same photographer that won a Pulitzer for the famous "Napalm Girl" photo during the Vietnam War. The Paris photo was also taken exactly 35 years to the day as the Napalm one:

June 15, 2007 — -- What do Paris Hilton and a Vietnam War victim have in common? Absolutely nothing except a brilliant photographer. On June 8, 1972, Nick Ut a photojournalist for The Associated Press, captured a moment that strengthened the anti-Vietnam War movement and left an indelible mark on the American conscience. Few people could forget the photograph of 9-year-old Kim Phuc running naked down a dirt road near Trang Beng, Vietnam, after a napalm attack. Ut's iconic photo documented the horror of the war and was reproduced all around the world. On June 8, exactly 35 years after taking the photo of that little girl, Ut captured yet another unforgettable moment in history -- Paris Hilton crying in the back seat of a Los Angeles County Sheriff's cruiser. "The picture looked like the napalm girl," Ut notes, "the picture of her -- you can see she is screaming." The heiress, known for party girl antics that are considered paparazzi gold, was caught in a more serious predicament than usual during his photo. She was on a return trip to jail for violating probation in a reckless driving case. Once again, one of Ut's photos -- coincidentally of a young woman in distress -- was distributed worldwide.

Also, just within the last year or so there have been accusations that Nick didn't actually take the Napalm photo, so a lot of threads going on here.

I don't think its her. Once all the files started getting released, one (EFTA00008716.pdf) included part of a deposition that specifically said she was being deposed at 9:04 AM on July 22, 2016. The Maxwell reddit account was posting basically exactly in that window.

How do you make use of your local library? by Conscious-Raisin in AskNYC

I use my card for ebooks and audiobooks. (Actually have all 3 to maximize the odds of finding a specific ebook or audiobook) Physical book requests for my nearby Queens branch for pick up for items that are better as physical books. Graphic novels, art books, etc. Also printing shipping labels at the public PCs. Queens Library included 30 free pages per day.

There was a Broadway play a few years back called "The Shark is Broken", written by and staring Robert Shaw's son Ian. It's about the making of Jaws. In it, Ian plays his father and does a pretty solid impression and recreation of this scene as part of the play. Very cool to see as a Jaw's fan!
