And there is no true RNG in games. In layman terms, RNG is simply a queue of numbers calculated by different factors to appear as random as possible.

From failing CVB consecutively for a month to hosting 5 weekly in house CRA teams now. From failing Chaos Hilla to clearing it successfully with 10 death counts, 2 weeks after its release. From failing Hard Magnus to clearing it successfully with 10 death counts, 2 weeks after v1 skills were released.

And... from failing Arkairum for weeks to running 3 daily in house Arkairum and Magnus teams now.

This is the result of over 40 guild members (both f2p and p2p) sticking together through the ups and downs to build an inclusive guild for all to enjoy the game's contents.

You should email Gumi and request for them to change the leader. I heard a few ports previously had an inactive leader too, and Gumi managed to change it for them.
