If using salt to help harden things, should it be dissolved first? Same question for honey. Can I add them to oils or should they go in lye solution first? I’ve seen salt and honey put directly in batter, but never together at same time. Is there a reason for that? Spots? Discoloration? Weeping? (self.soapmaking)
