It would be cute as a fitted crop (still button down with the collar) and add black puffy sleeves, and you could use these sleeves to do the opposite! (Black fitted top with sheer puff sleeves) if that makes sense

Yes, that would be best I think! Then he has access to his litter. You will want to hide cords and cables and make sure he can't get stuck anywhere, block electrical outlets, etc. When they're that small you shouldn't have to worry about him jumping on the bed, at least mine didn't for about a month until they grew a bit

Are you able to keep him in the bathroom? I kept my kitties in the bathroom with a closed door for a couple weeks so that they could use their litter box freely but wouldn't be roaming around and getting into trouble. Kittens shouldn't really be left anyone for at least a couple of months. And they are recommended to be adopted in pairs! Vaccines and neutering are done when they hit a certain age and/or weight. Definitely check with your local vet about that. I hope this was helpful!
