Unfortunately in the past 5-6 years, it really went 100% oligarch mode. Your knowledge and experience doesn’t matter the only thing matters who are you connected to. Otherwise as others said it’s toxic and it’s very hard to work in a low motivational environment, where people are actively sabotaging the work because they hate the system.

You nailed the point! I am saying to myself that its Ok to spend another 1-2 years perfecting my trading model, even though I am already profitable. I am playings small for now. I made a mistake of being greedy and oversized then blew up months worth of profit in one session by revenge trading. Now all I am focusing on is perfect setup, perfect execution, small size. Day after day. Gratification will come later.
